稀土对小鼠表皮Langerhans细胞的影响

摘    要:目的:为探讨稀土对人体皮肤影响机制,用ATP酶染色等方法广观察了稀土对Blab/c小鼠背部表皮Langerhans细胞的影响。方法:将Balb/c小鼠分为四组,稀土外涂处理组小鼠背部,40天后观察其对皮肤LC密度、Ia抗原及组织形态学变化。结果:接触组表皮LC密度及Ia抗原阳性LC密度明显下降,经T检验结果:稀土组与正常组相比,存在显著性差异(P<0.05);LC细胞分布不均匀,LC树突减少、变短、或消失;组织形态学变化有稀土组皮肤增厚和弹力纤维、网状纤维增生。结论:稀土可以损伤皮肤LC,并引起真皮层弹力纤维及胶原增生。

Abstract:Objectives: to investigate themechanism of skin effect of Rare-earth metal Langerhans cells (LC) on the back skin of Balb/c mice with contacted Rare -earth metal were studed using ATPase method. Methods: Balb/c mice randomly divided into four groups, we topically applied Rare-earth metal cream on the skin of mice to oberve the number of LC, Ia and histomorphological alterations of treated groups after 40 days. Results: The dendritic processes of LCs look shorter, the mumber of alls decressed or totally depleted. the number of treated group of LC was signifcantly lower than that in normal group by t -test (P<0. 05). The alterations of treated groups were skin hyperplasia and increasing of elastic fibers and reticulin fibers. Conclusions: We conclude that Rare -earth metal can damage LC of skin.
