| 摘 要： | 目的：评估上颌第三磨牙根管治疗的临床技术特点及近期临床效果。方法：32例患牙髓炎症的上颌第三磨牙进行常规根管预备，标准牙胶尖侧向加压充填。术后x线评估根管充填质量。结果：32个病例中，适充25例，适充比例为78．12％，欠充7例，欠充比例为21．88％，没有超充病例。结论：常规根管治疗技术治疗上颌第三磨牙可以取得较好的临床效果。

| Abstract: | Objective: To evaluate the clinic result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar. Methods: 32 cases of maxillary third molar with acute or chronic pulpitis were selected. The root canals were routinely prepared with Step-Back technique and filled with lateral condensed technique. Result: 25 cases were flush filled in all 32 cases, the flush filled rate was 78.12%. 7 cases were underfilled, the underfilled rate was 21.88%. No case was overfilled. Conclusions: The result of root canal therapy in maxillary third molar is predictable. |
