| 摘 要： | 本文总结了80例经手术探查证实的腰椎间盘突出症的资料。CT诊断准确率达93.8％。说明CT对腰椎间盘突出症的检查具有极高的价值。阐述了腰椎间盘突出症的CT主要征象及常见的合并征。此外,笔者还对椎间盘突出症CT扫描中的注意事项作了简要的讨论。

| Abstract: | 80 cases of lumbar intevertebral disc herniation proved by surgery were analysed. The accuracy rate of CT diagnosis was 93.8%. It showed that CT had a great value in the evaluation of lumbar intervertebral disc herniation. Simultaneously, the main CT manifestations and the common complication were described. In addition, the technique on CT scans and differential diagnosis were also diseussd briefly. |
