宫血宁胶囊用于减少药物流产后出血160例临床观察

目的探讨宫血宁胶囊用于减少药物临产后出血的有效性及安全性。方法将商丘市第四人民医院2008年6月—2009年10月160例同意药物流产的宫内早孕患者随机分为2组（各80例）,研究组患者在服用米非司酮及米索前列醇同时加服宫血宁胶囊,对照组仅给予米非司酮和米索前列醇。比较2组用药后药物流产效果,阴道流血量,阴道出血持续时间等指标。结果 2组患者药物流产效果差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,阴道出血量多于月经量研究组及对照组分别为8.38%、21.14%;阴道出血持续时间研究组及对照组分别为（8.01±3.00）d、（9.05±3.00）d,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论宫血宁胶囊配伍米非司酮及米索前列醇并不会影响药物流产的效果,且可以明显减少阴道出血量,缩短阴道流血时间。

Clinical Observation on Gongxuening Capsule in Reduction of 160 Cases of Bleeding after Medical Abortion

Objective] To study the effectiveness and safety of Gongxuening capsule in reduction of bleeding after medical abortion.Methods]160 intrauterine pregnancy cases which were treated with medical abortion in the Fourth People＇s Hospital of Shangqiu City from June 2008 to October 2009 were randomly divided into two groups （each 80 cases）. The research group was treated with mifepristone,misoprostol and Gongxuening capsule,and the control group was given mifepristone and misoprostol. The effect of medical abortion,vaginal bleeding volume and duration of vaginal bleeding after treatment of two groups were compared.Results]There was no significant difference in the effect of medical abortion between two groups （P〈0.05）. The vaginal bleeding volume of the research group increased by 8.38% than the menstrual blood volume,that of the control group increased by 21.14%. The duration of vaginal bleeding in the research group and the control group was （8.01±3.00） d and （9.05±3.00） d respectively,and the difference was significant （P〈0.05）.Conclusion]Gongxuening capsule combined with Mifepristone and misoprostol apsule does not affect the effect of medical abortion,and can significantly reduce the vaginal bleeding volume and shorten the duration of vaginal bleeding.
