老年男性轻度认知功能损害患者轻度帕金森样体征的研究

目的 探讨男性轻度帕金森样体征（MPS）与轻度认知功能损害（MCI）的相关性。方法临床收集老年男性MCI患者85例，以91名认知正常老年人为对照人群，采用统一帕金森病评定量表（UPDRS）运动部分进行MPS评估，应用单因素方差分析和Logistic回归分析揭示MPS与MCI之间的相关性。结果1、单因素方差分析显示MCI组UPDRS运动总评分、强直单项评分、运动迟缓单项评分和轴性损害单项评分均较对照组显著升高（P〈0．05），两组间震颤单项评分差异无统计意义（P〉0．05）。2、多元Logistic回归调整了年龄、教育年限、高血压等危险因素的影响后，UPDRS总评分、运动迟缓单项评分和轴性损害评分仍与MCI密切相关。结论MPS，尤其运动迟缓和轴性损害，常常是MCI的伴随征象。MPS与MCI可能存在类似的发病机制和病理基础。

The study on mild Parkinsonian signs in inale patients with mild cognitive impairment

objective To explore correlations between mild parkinsonian signs （MPS） and mild cognitive impairment （MCI）. Methods The unified parkinson＇ s disease rating scale （UPDRS） was used for evaluating the MPS in 85 MCI patients and 91 normal cognitive controls. Results ① Scores of UPDRS, rigidity, bradykinesia and axial dysfunction in MCI patients were higher than those in controls. Scores of tremor between MCI patients and controls were similar. ② In logistic regression analysis, adjusting for age, educational duration and other risk factors, Scores of UPDRS, bradykinesia and axial dysfunction were independantly associated with MCI. Conclusions Mild parkinsonian signs, particularly bradykinesia and axial dysfunction, are associated with mild cognitive impairment. Mild parkinsonian signs and mild cognitive impairment may share similar pathogeneses and pathological bases.
