| 摘 要： | 肝细胞生长因子(hepatocyte growth factor,HGF)与血管内皮生长因子(vascular endothelialgrowth factor,VEGF)在肿瘤细胞生长、浸润、转移过程中起重要的调节作用。近些年来,对这些生长因子及其受体的研究,无论是在基础方面,还是在临床病理学方面都取得了很大进展,为抗肿瘤治疗开辟了广阔的前景。对HGF与VEGF的特征及其生物学特性,以及目前研究的重要进展做一综述。

| Abstract: | Hepatocyte growth factor(HGF) and vascular endothelial growth factor (VEGF) play a very important role in the duration of tumor cell growth, invasion and metastasis. In the recent years, the studies for the factors and their receptors have been made great progress in both basal and clinicopathological aspects. The achievement will open up a vast range of prospects of the anti-tumor treatment. The author reviews the characteristics of hepa-tocyte growth factor and vascular endothelial growth factor, and the present important progress in the field. |
