复方苦参联合化疗药物治疗大肠癌的临床研究

目的评价复方苦参注射液在大肠癌术后化疗中的作用。方法我院2004年1月至2007年4月126例行手术治疗的大肠癌患者,随机分为两组:治疗的组64例,采用化疗同时加用复方苦参注射液,对照组62例,单用化疗方案进行治疗,观察两组临床疗效、生存质量、疼痛的改善情况、免疫功能、肝功能和白细胞的变化等。结果治疗组近期疗效和生存质量的改善明显优于对照组(P﹤0.01);肝功能损害和白细胞降低较对照组明显减少(P<0.01);疼痛有效缓解率与对照组比较无显著性差异;治疗后IL-2显著升高(P<0.01),而IL-10显著下降(P<0.01)。结论复方苦参联合化疗在治疗大肠癌患者中取得较好的近期疗效,能提高患者的生存质量,改善肝功能损害和外周血白细胞降低,提高机体的免疫功能。

Clinical study of Compound Lightyellow sophora root combined with chemotherapy in treating carcinoma of large intestine

Objective To evaluate the effect of matrine injection combined with chemotherapeutic drug on colon carcinoma.Methods From Jan 2004 to Apr 2007,126 cases of colon carcinoma were randomly divided into two groups,therapeutic group was applied with chemotherapeutic drug and matrine injection,control group treated with chemotherapeutic,and both groups were observed to clinical effect,survival quality,improvement of pain,immunologic function change,liver function and leukocyte change.Results The clinical effect and survival quality in therapeutic group better than those in control group,and the damage of liver function and depression of leukocyte lower than those in control group,no significant difference between two groups in improvement of pain.Compared with control group,the level of IL-2 was higher(P<0.01),and the level of IL-10 was lower(P<0.01).Conclusion Matrine injection combined with therapeutic drug showed better clinical effect,and could boost patient's survival quality,and improve the liver function damage and the depression of leukocyte,and elevate the immunologic function.
