中药骨康对去势大鼠血清降钙素及骨生物力学影响的实验研究

摘    要:目的:探讨中药骨康对绝经后骨质疏松大鼠模型血清降钙素及骨生物力学的影响.方法:采用雌性SD大鼠,运用随机对照分组的原则,分别分为正常对照组、模型组、中药骨康组及尼尔雌醇组,去双侧卵巢造绝经后骨质疏松大鼠模型,造模3个月后,分别采用生理盐水、中药骨康及尼尔雌醇对其进行灌胃,灌胃3个月后采用摘眼球取血,离心分离血清,放免分析法测定其血清降钙素含量,取各组大鼠左股骨标本,行三点弯曲实验,测量其最大应力及最大桡度.结果:中药骨康组大鼠血清降钙素水平明显高于模型组,两者相比有显著性差异,(P<0.05),中药骨康组最大应力及最大桡度均明显高于模型组,两者相比有显著性差异,均为(P<0.01).结论:中药骨康能显著提高模型大鼠血清降钙素水平及改善去势大鼠骨结构力学及材料力学性能,表明其具有抑制骨质吸收、提高骨质量的作用.

Abstract:Objective:To study the effective of GuKang on Calcitionin in serum and vitodynamics of bone in the ovariectomized female rats. Methods:In this experiment,we used the SD female rats and establised rat model of postmenopausal osteoporosis by removing ovaries.The rats were randomly divided into normal group,model group,GuKang group and Nilestriolgroup.After three months of operation,the rats were fed with saline,GuKang and Nilestriol tablets respectively.The rats were killed and collected theirs blood by removing eyes three months later of being fed.Calcitonin in serum were tested with the method of radioimmunoassay and Vitodynamics of the left femur were tested with three point compression.Results:The levels of Calcitonin of GuKang group in serum was higher than that of model group significantly (P<0.05),the maximal stress and the maximal deformation of GuKang group was higher than that of model group significantly (P<0.01).Conclusion:GuKang can raise the levels of Calcitonin in serum and improve the mechanics of the structure and material of the left femur in the ovariectomized female rats,it shows that GuKang can restrain bone resorption and improve bone quality.
