| 摘 要： | 目的：测定慢性阻塞性肺疾病（ＣＯＰＤ）患者血清ＩＬ－８水平，探讨ＩＬ－８及其他细胞因子在ＣＯＰＤ发病中的意义。方法：应用酶联免疫吸附试验（ＥＬＩＳＡ）方法测定ＣＯＰＤ急性期和缓解期以及正常人血清ＩＬ－８的水平，并对结果进行统计分析。结果：ＣＯＰＤ急性期患者ＩＬ－８水平与缓解期患者比较无显著性差异；ＣＯＰＤ急性期和缓争期患者ＩＬ－８水平均明显高于正常人。结论：ＩＬ－８贯穿于ＣＯＰＤ发病过程的始终。

| Abstract: | Objective: To detect the probable role IL-8 and some other cytokines in development of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease,and then to pursue a new way to treat it.We measure IL-8 in serum of chronic obstructive pulmonary disease.Methods:IL-8 in serum of three groups including acute phase,paracme and normal samples were measured by ELISA and analyzed the result by statistical soft ware.Results:IL-8 in acute phase patients showed no difference compared with subsiding .IL-8 in acute phase and subsidence patients is remarkababliy higher than normal subject.Conclusion:IL-8 plays some role in the whole process of chroniof obstructive pulmonary disease. |
