摘    要:目的:建立HPLC法测定双黄连栓中绿原酸含量。方法:色谱柱:Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB—C18(150mm×4.6mm,5μm)柱;流动相:甲醇-水-冰醋酸(15:85:1);流速:1.0ml·min^-1;检测波长:324nm。结果:绿原酸在0.077~0.387mg·ml^-1。范围内呈良好的线性关系(r=0.9999),平均回收率为99.9%(n=5),RSD:0.18%。结论:本法操作简单、灵敏、准确,可用于双黄连栓的质量控制。

Abstract:Objective: To establish the content determination method of chlorophyll acid in Shuanghuanglian suppositories by HPLC. Method: The column was used Agilent ZORBAX Eclipse XDB-Cls (150mm×4.6mm,5μm). The mobile phase was methanol- water-acetic acid glacial( 15: 85:1 ). The flow rate was 1.0ml'min -l. The detection wavelength was at 324 nm. Result: The linearity of chlorophyll acid was within the range of 0. 077 -0. 387ml·min^-1( r = 0. 999 9 ), and the average recovery was 99.9% (n = 5 ) (RSD = 0.18% ). Conclusion: This method is simple, sensitive and accurate, and available for control the quality of Shuanghuanglian suppositories.
