咽旁间隙的薄层断面与MRI对照研究及临床意义

目的 提供首例中国可视化人体有关咽旁间隙(PPS)的形态学信息，为咽旁及其周围间隙疾病的影像识别与诊断提供薄层断层解剖学依据。方法 从首例中围可视人数据集中选出咽旁间隙有关的横断面图像和相应的MRI轴位图像对照，观察咽旁间隙。结果 在人体横断面标本与相应的MRI轴位图像上，清楚显示出咽旁间隙的形态、内容和毗邻关系；并提出咽旁间隙在横断面卜的最佳显示平面。结论 鉴于咽旁间隙在颈深部解剖中所处的重要位置，在颈深部疾病影像诊断中，可将咽旁间隙作为关键性结构，根据其位置的改变，对颈深部疾病进行定位诊断。

Comparative study of the thin sectional anatomy and MRI of the parapharyngeal space

Objective To provide information on the parapharyngeal space from the first Chinese visible human and to provide sectional anatomic data for radiology and clinical diagnosis of the parapharyngeal space. Methods Cross sectional images collected from the Chinese visible human were compared with the corresponding MR images on the axial planes. The parapharyngeal space was observed. Results On the images of the sectional anatomy and the corresponding MR images on the axial planes, the shapes, contents and relations of the parapharyngeal space could be clearly observed. The dominant plane for showing the parapharyngeal space was suggested. Conclusion The anatomic position of the parapharyngeal space is very important in the anatomy of the cervical deep part. The parapharyngeal space should be regarded as the key structure so that localization and diagnosis of the diseases in the cervical deep part can be performed when conducting imaging diagnosis.
