HPLC测定整肠正气丸中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的含量

目的:建立整肠正气丸中和厚朴酚及厚朴酚的检测方法。方法:色谱条件为C18色谱柱;柱温为室温;流动相:甲醇-水(75∶25);流速:1.0mL·min-1;检测波长:294nm。结果:和厚朴酚及厚朴酚线性范围分别为12.15～121.50μg·mL-1和22.25～222.50μg·mL-1,r分别为0.9998,0.9995;和厚朴酚加样回收率为98.47%(RSD=0.72%,n=6);厚朴酚加样回收率为98.30%(为RSD=0.88%,n=6)。结论:该方法简便,准确度高,可有效控制整肠正气丸的质量。

Determination of Honokiol and Magnolol in Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills by HPLC

Objective： To establish a HPLC method for determining the honokiol and magnolol content in Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills. Methods： HPLC was used to detect the honokiol and magnolol content in Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills with C18 column（250 mm ×4. 6 mm, 5 μm）. The mobile phase consisted of methanol-Water（75：25）. The flow rate was 1.0 mL. min-1 and column temperature was room temperature. The detected wavelength was 294 nm. Results： The method were linear at the range of 12. 15 - 121.50 μg. mL-1 for honokiol （ r = 0. 9998 ） and 22.25 - 222.50μg. mL- 1 for magnolol （ r = 0. 999 5 ）. The average recovery rate were 98.47 %, RSD = 0. 72% and 98.30%, RSD =0. 88% respectively（ n = 6）. Conclusion： The method is convenient and accurate, which can be applied to the content determination of honokiol and magnolol for Zheng Chang Zheng Qi Pills.
