湖南省直管企业有害因素监测现况分析

摘    要:目的 了解湖南省直管企业职业性有害因素的危害现状 ,掌握作业环境中有害因素的分布及动态变化 ,为保护劳动者、预防职业病提供决策依据。方法 采用现况调查方法对湖南省直管企业生产环境中的有害因素进行监测 ,并统计分析 ,计算出超标率、构成比。结果 监测 43家 ,监测覆盖率 5 8 11% ;监测作业点 15 5 5 6个 ,超标 15 2 2个 ,超标率 9 78% ,其中几种主要有害因素的超标率差异有统计学意义 (P <0 .0 0 5 ) ,并以冶金、机械行业所占比重最多。结论 湖南省直管企业有害因素监测现状不容乐观 ,物理因素 (尤其是噪声 )是当前主要的职业性有害因素 ,防治重点是冶金、机械等工业部门

Abstract:To find out the current situation of the occupational hazardous factors, and the distribution and dynamic changes of them in the working environment in Hunan province-owned enterprises, in order to provide data for laborer protection and occupational disease prevention. Cross-section survey was applied to monitor the hazardous factors in working environment of Human provincial enterprises; statistic analysis was made to calculate the rate of super standard and proportion. 43 enterprises were monitored with a covering rate of 58.11%. Among the 15 556 monitored spots, 1 522 of them were found super-standard with a rate of 9.78%. The super-standard rate of several hazardous factors was found with statistic significance (P<0.005), and it was mainly found in metallurgy and machinery industries. [Conclusion] The situation of hazardous factors monitoring is not satisfactory, physical factor (mainly noise) is currently the main occupational hazardous factor and exists mainly in the industry of metallurgy and machinery.
