| Abstract: | The determination of rutin content was studied with double-wavelength technique to e- liminate the disturbance of quercetin. When the concentration of quercetin attain to 20 mg/L, the error rate was not beyond 0.4%. The recovery rate was 94.2% to 100.2%. |
