健康教育对预防出院后老年患者跌倒的效果评价

目的探讨老年患者跌倒风险因素、干预措施及对预防出院后跌倒的效果。方法对256例住院的老年患者进行跌倒风险评估并制订干预措施，住院全过程反复进行教育与指导，在出院时使患者及陪护人员能掌握个性化的预防跌倒的技能，并进行1年的随访。结果1年中老年患者跌倒发生率为5．47％，无骨折等严重并发症。结论健康教育能有效降低老年患者的跌倒发生率。

Evaluation on the effects of the health education on preventing falls among elderly patients

Objective To evaluate the effects of the health education among elderly patients in hospital on preventing fails after they were discharged from hospital. Methods A total of 256 elderly patients were evaluated the risks of falling. Then, the individual intervention measures were developed. During the period of hospitalization,the patients and their caregivers received health education and conduction repeatly about how to prevent falling. They mastered the basic knowledge and skills,when they were discharged from hospital. They were followed up one year. Results There were 14 patients experiencing falls and no serious complications occurred. Conclusion It is effective to reduce the incidence of falls by health education during hospitalization.
