荡石片质量标准的研究

摘    要:目的:研究与修订荡石片的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)方法对荡石片中的茯苓、甘草进行定性鉴别;应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法,选用Hypersil C18色谱柱(4.6 mm×200.0 mm,5μm),乙腈-0.5%磷酸(1189)为流动相,检测波长326nm,流速1.0 mL/min,对荡石片中的绿原酸进行含量测定。结果:茯苓、甘草的TLC鉴别方法专属性强,操作简便。HPLC法定量检测表明,绿原酸进样浓度在5.05-40.40 mg/L范围内与峰面积呈良好的线性关系(r=0.999 99,n=5);绿原酸的回收率为99.28%,RSD=1.16%。结论:本方法可对荡石片的主要药味进行准确的定性和定量测定,能更为有效的控制荡石片的质量

Abstract:Objective:To study the quality standard and revised on the slate.Methods:By thin layer chromatography(TLC) method for swing flakes in tuckahoe,liquorice for qualitative identification;high performance liquid chromatographic(HPLC) method,using Hypersil C18 column(4.6 mm×200.0 mm,5 m),acetonitrile 0.5% phosphoric acid(1189) as mobile phase,the detection wavelength of 326 nm,a flow rate of 1 mL/min,the plaster stone of chlorogenic acid content determination.Results:Tuckahoe,liquorice TLC identification method has high specificity,simple operation.Quantitative detection of HPLC method show that,chlorogenic acid sample concentration in 5.05-40.40 g/mL range and peak area showed a good linear relationship(r=0.999 99,n=5);chlorogenic acid recovery rate was 99.28%,RSD=1.16%.Conclusion:The method can be used to swing the flake main accurate qualitative and quantitative determination,which can effectively control the quality of the slate
