丹葛滴丸成型的工艺研究

摘    要:目的:优选丹葛滴丸成型工艺。方法:将提取药液浸膏与适宜基质按一定配比混和,滴入不相混溶的冷凝液中,收缩冷凝成丸,采用单因素对比和正交实验设计来优选滴丸成型工艺。结果:通过多种条件的考察,优选出制成滴丸的最佳工艺:选用基质:聚乙二醇-6 000(PEG6 000)聚乙二醇-4 000(PEG4 000)=2 1,冷凝液:液体石蜡,基质与提取物的比例为3 1,料温:85℃,冷凝液温度:5-10℃,滴距:选择6 cm较好。结论:优选得到的工艺可行,成品得率高,符合滴丸剂的质量标准。

Abstract:Objective:To study molding process of Dange Drop Pills.Methods:Liquid extract will be mixed with groundmass according to certain proportion,dripped into immiscible condensate liquids and condensed into a pill.Then the orthogonal experiment was used to determine the optimum preparation technology according to the hardness of drop pills,appearance and weight variations.Results:The optimum preparation technology was selected according to a variety of conditions.Groundmass:PEG6000PEG4000 =21;condensate liquids:liquid paraffin;the proportion of groundmass and extract:31;temperature of drug:85 ℃;the temperature of condensate liquid:5-10 ℃,the dropping distance:6 cm.Conclusion:This preferable processing technology was efficient and feasible with high yield of finished products,which is in line with quality standards of pills.
