中西医结合防治反复自然流产的思路

目的：探讨反复自然流产的中西医结合孕前的防治思路。方法：确立“未病先防，既病防变”之原则。治疗采用中西医结合孕前防治、帮助受孕、保胎治疗3个阶段。结果：达到内养正气，祛除病因，保胎成功之目的。结论：该病多因脾肾两虚，正气不固，郭气乘虚而入，伤及冲任，从而使染色体异常、内分泌及免疫等功能失调致病。

Thought on the Prevention and Treatment of Recurrent Spontaneous Abortion Treated with the Integration of Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To explore the prevention and treatment thought of using integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine for recurrent spontaneous abortion before pregnancy. Methods： The treatment principle of preventing before the occurrence of disease and preventing the development of disease was established. The integration of traditional Chinese and western medicine was adopted ir~ three stages： prevention and treatment before pregnancy, the assistance of impregnation and treatment for preventing miscarriage. Results： The purpose of cultivating the inward healthy - qi, eliminating the pathogenic factors and successfully preventing the miscarriage was achieved. Conclusion： The pathogenic factors of this disease are complex, but it＇s mostly caused by deficiency of kidney and spleen, the invasion of pathogenic factors because of the weak healthy qi, the injury of thoroughfare vessel and conception vessel, thus leading to the chromosomal abnormalities and endocrine and immune dysfunctions.
