补脾止痉汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症的临床研究

目的：观察补脾止痉汤治疗小儿多发性抽动症脾虚肝亢证的临床疗效。方法：将符合诊断标准及纳入标准的58例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组30例,对照组28例。治疗组用补脾止痉汤治疗,对照组用泰必利片进行治疗。疗程为8周,疗程结束后,观察两组患儿抽动次数、频率、强度、复杂性等症状变化,用耶鲁抽动严重程度量表及中医证候量表进行疗效评定。结果：两组治疗后耶鲁评分与治疗前相比,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗后治疗组与对照组耶鲁评分比较,结果无差异性（P〉0.05）,治疗后耶鲁评分临床有效率两组比较,差异无统计学意义（P〉0.05）,中医症状积分与对照组相比结果有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：补脾止痉汤对多发性抽动症有较好的治疗作用,与泰必利相比疗效相当,但在改善中医证候方面优于对照组,能明显改善抽动症临床症状

Clinical Efficacy of Bupizhijing Tang on Multiple Tics

Objective：Evaluate the clinical effect of ＂Bupizijing Tang＂ in treating Tourette syndrome.Methods：58 children with TS were randomly divided into 2 groups,30 children in the treated group were treated with Bupizijing Tang and 28 children in the control group were treated with Tiapride.After a course of 8 weeks treatment,we used the YGTSS to score two groups treating the Tourette’s Syndrome on number of times,frequency,strength,complexity and confusing of the child tic.And compare the symptoms of TCM.Results：The results of the two groups compared with that before treatment Houye Lu score,the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.05）,treatment group compared with the control group score at Yale,showed no difference（P〉0.05）,score in the treatment of Houye Lu The total effective rate between the two groups showed no difference（P〉0.05）,but the score in traditional Chinese medicine symptom compared with the control group was significantly different（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：Compared with Tiapride,Bupizijing Tang have the same clinical effect in treating Tourette syndrome in improving clinical symptoms.but it has better clincal effet than the control group on symptoms of TCM
