| 摘 要： | 目的：观察中医辨证治疗高泌乳素血症的临床疗效。方法：将30例高泌乳素血症患者分为肝郁气滞、肾阳虚肝郁、肾阴虚肝郁、痰湿阻滞、脾虚血瘀5个类型进行治疗。结果：30例患者中显效14例，有效13例，无效3例，有效率为90％。结论：中医辨证治疗高泌乳素血症的临床疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the clinical efficacy of using TCM syndrome differentiation for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia. Methods： 30 hyperprolactinemia cases were divided into five syndromes for treatment： stagnation of qi due to liver depression syndrome, kidney - yang deficiency and liver depression syndrome, kidney - yin deficiency and liver depression syndromes, yang deficien- cy of spleen and kidney syndrome, phlegm and dampness stagnation syndrome and spleen deficiency and blood stasis syndrome. Resuits： Among 30 patients, 14 cases were markedly effective; 13 cases were effective; 3 cases were ineffective with an effective rate of 90%. Conclusion ： Using TCM syndrome differentiation for the treatment of hyperprolactinemia has significant clinical efficacy. |
