磁热振治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床研究

目的：探讨磁热振治疗脑卒中后肢体痉挛的临床疗效。方法：62例患者随机分为两组：治疗组采用磁热振治疗仪HM-2SC-A＋针刺疗法,对照组采用针刺疗法。观察治疗后患者改良Ashworth量表评分变化。结果：治疗前后,两组间评分均有显著性差异,两组间治疗后比较,有显著性差异。结论：磁热振能促进患者痉挛肢体功能恢复,改善患者肢体痉挛症状。

Clinical Research of Magnetic Thermal Vibration on Spastic Limbs of Stroke Patients

Objective：To investigate the Effect of magnetic thermal vibration on spastic limbs of stroke patients.Methods：62 patients admitted were divided into two groups.The treatment group was given the treatment of magnetic thermal vibration apparatus HM-2SC-A and acupuncture therapy,while the control group was given acupuncture.Changes of the upgraded Ashworth scale score were observed after treatment.Results：There were significant differences in score between the two groups before and after the treatment.There was a significant difference after treatment.Conclusion：Magnetic Thermal vibration can promote the recovery of spastic limb’s functions and improve spastic symptoms of limbs in patients with stroke.
