| 摘 要： | 目的：观察血竭生骨胶囊治疗股骨头坏死的临床疗效。方法：将320例股骨头坏死患者随机平均分为治疗组、对照组。治疗组服用血竭活骨胶囊;对照组服用通络生骨胶囊;两组疗程均为1 a,两组患者均配合康复锻炼。结果：治疗组有效率为84.37%,对照组有效率为63.75%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：血竭活骨胶囊治疗股骨头坏死效果明显。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the clinical effects of xuejie shenggu Capsule for treating avascular necrosis of femoral head.Methods：320 cases with avascular necrosis of femoral head were randomized into the treatment group and control group with 160 cases in each group.The treatment group was given xuejie shenggu Capsule and the control group,Tongluo Shenggu Capsule.The treatment course was 1 a.Both groups were accompanied by rehabilitation exercises.Results：The total efficacy of the treatment group was 84.37% and the control group was 63.75%.The difference was of statistical significance（P0.05）.Conclusion：Xue Jie Sheng Gu Capsule has obvious effects on treating avascular necrosis of femoral head. |
