概率神经网络国内外临床应用文献计量学评价

目的：分析国内外概率神经网络临床应用文献的特点、研究现状及存在问题。方法：以美国国立医学图书馆PubMed医学文献检索数据库、维普中文科技期刊数据库、中国生物医学文献数据库为数据源，检索有关概率神经网络临床应用的文献，采用定量与定性相结合的方法进行研究。结果：共检索到相关外文文献61篇，国内文献21篇。概率神经网络临床应用研究课题呈逐年增加的趋势，研究热点主要集中于疾病临床诊断、临床检测、临床预后研究等。中医药的临床研究鲜见。尤其在研究神经网络应用和方案设计方面存在不足。结论：概率神经网络的临床应用研究逐渐增加并有一定的研究价值，但研究方案的设计和方法的应用仍需要进一步改进。

Bibliometric Analysis of Clinical Application Reports of Probabilistic Neural Network

Objective：To analyze the characteristics,research status and existing problems of clinical applied reports on probabilistic neural network at home and abroad.Methods： Clinical applied reports on probabilistic neural network were searched and quantitative as well as qualitative methods were used for research based on the PubMed medical literature search database of U.S.National Library of Medicine,VIP Chinese Science and Technology Journal Database and Chinese Biomedical Literature Database as data sources.Results： 61 foreign literatures and 21 domestic literatures were retrieved.Clinical applied researches of PNN showed an increasing trend year by year,which focused mainly on clinical diagnosis of diseases,clinical testing and prognosis researches etc.However,clinical researches in TCM were rare.The researches had limitations in the neural network applications and program designs.Conclusion： The clinical applied research on PNN has increased gradually and is worthy of certain research values,but the research designs and applications of the program still need further improvement.
