| 摘 要： | 目的：观察大枣多糖对氢化可的松致小鼠免疫抑制模型免疫功能的影响。方法：用氢化可的松腹腔注射所致的小鼠免疫抑制模型为实验对象,连续灌服大枣多糖7 d,观察对小鼠免疫功能的影响。结果：大枣多糖可显著提高免疫抑制小鼠的腹腔巨噬细胞吞噬百分率和吞噬指数,显著促进免疫抑制小鼠溶血素和溶血空斑的形成。结论：大枣多糖能显著提高氢化可的松所致免疫抑制模型小鼠的免疫功能。

| Abstract: | Objective：To explore the effects of Jujube Polysaccharide on the immunological function of the immunosuppressive model mice induced by Hydrocortisone.Methods：Using mice immunosuppression model caused by intraperitoneal injection with hydrocortisone as experiment object,continuously fed with Jujube polysaccharide for 7 days.Observe the effects on immunological function.Results：The Jujube Polysaccharide can increase phagocytosis percentage and phagocytic index of peritoneal macrophages in immunosuppressive model mice significantly and promote the formation of hemolysin and haemolysis lacunae significantly.Conclusion：The Jujube Polysaccharide can significantly enhance immunological function of the immunosuppressive model mice induced by Hydrocortisone |
