清肝利胆退黄汤治疗急性黄疸型肝炎临床研究

目的：探讨清肝利胆退黄汤治疗急性黄疸型肝炎的临床疗效。方法：80例急性黄疸型肝炎患者,随机数字表法分为两组。对照组采用甘草酸二铵及还原型谷胱甘肽,1次/d,静脉滴注。治疗组在对照组的基础上加用清肝利胆退黄汤,1剂/d,水煎分早、晚温服。两组均以14 d为1疗程,2疗程后统计疗效。结果：有效率治疗组为100.00%,对照组为90.00%,两组有效率经χ2检验,有显著性差异,治疗组优于对照组。结论：清肝利胆退黄汤治疗急性黄疸型肝炎具有退黄效果好,肝功能恢复快,副作用小,依从性好的特点,值得临床进一步研究。

Clinical Research on Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang Decoction in Treating Hepatitis of Acute Jaundice with Dampness and Heat in Liver and Gallbladder

Objective：To explore clinical therapeutic effects of Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang Decoction in the treatment of hepatitis of acute jaundice with dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder.Methods：80 cases were randomly divided into two groups.The control group used Diammonium Glycyrrhizinate and reduced glutathione,1 times/d,intravenous injection.On this basis,treatment group added Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang Decoction for treatment,1 dose/day and water solution for day and night.With 14 days as a course of treatment,therapeutic effect was counted after 2 periods.Results：（1） Curative effect comparison between two groups：the average rank times of control group and treatment group were 35.10 and 45.90 respectively.Mann-Whitney U statistics was 584.00;Wilcoxon W was 1404.00;Z of test statistics was Z=-2.536,P=0.011（bilateral）.Curative effects of both groups had significant difference and the treatment group was significantly better than the control group;（2） The effective rate of treatment group and control group were 100.00% and 90.00% respectively.For comparison：χ2=4.211,ν=1,P=0.040,differences were significant and the treatment group was better than control group.Conclusion：Qinggan Lidan Tuihuang Decoction has outstanding therapeutic effect in the treatment of hepatitis of acute jaundice with dampness and heat in liver and gallbladder with good effects in removing jaundice,quick recovery in liver function,little side effect and good compliance,which is worth further clinical study.
