补肾丸结合中医体质辨识治疗排卵障碍性不孕症临床观察

目的：观察补肾丸结合中医体质辨识治疗多囊卵巢综合征、黄体功能不全、闭经、子宫内膜异位症引起的排卵障碍性不孕症的临床疗效。方法：采用补肾丸,方药（怀山药、大熟地、山茱萸、女贞子、枸杞子、桑寄生、菟丝子、杜仲等）根据中医9种不同体质（正常质、气虚质、阳虚质、阴虚质、瘀血质、痰湿质、湿热质、气郁质、特禀质）加入相应药物治疗多囊卵巢综合征、黄体功能不全、闭经、子宫内膜异位症引起的排卵障碍性不孕症184例。结果：治疗后出现月经规律,B超优势卵泡的排卵率为90.7%。结论：补肾丸结合中医体质辨识治疗多囊卵巢综合症、黄体功能异常、闭经、子宫内膜异位症引起的排卵障碍性不孕症有显著疗效。

Clinical Observation of Bushen Boluses with Constitutional Identification of Traditional Chinese Medicine in Treating theInhibited Ovulation Infertility Caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome

Objective ：Combining Bushen Boluses with constitutional identification of traditional Chinese medicine to observe the clinical effect of this method to treat the inhibited ovulation infertility caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,luteal phase defect,（LPD）,amenorrhea and endometriosis.Methods：According to nine different constitutional types of traditional Chinese medicine（normal type,qi-deficiency type,yang-deficiency type,yin-deficiency type,blood-stasis type,phlegm-dampness,Dampness and Heat type,qi-depression type and special natural endowment type）,the author combines Bushen Boluses which is mainly composed of Dioscorea opposite,large libosch,comus officinalis,glossy privet fruit,barbary wolfberry fruit,Loranthus yadoriki Sieb,Cuscuta chinensis,Eucommia ulmoides and so on with some other related medicine to treat 184 cases of the inhibited ovulation infertility caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,luteal phase defect,（LPD）,amenorrhea and endometriosis.Results： After treatment,the patients present regular menstrual cycle and the ovulation rate of the dominant follicle by B-ultrasound accounts for 90.7%.Conclusion： It has significantly effective to treat the inhibited ovulation infertility caused by Polycystic Ovary Syndrome,luteal phase de-fect,（LPD）,amenorrhea and endometriosis with the method of combining Bushen Boluses with constitutional identification of traditional Chinese medicine.
