中药脐疗治疗化疗所致白细胞减少症临床研究

目的：探讨中药脐疗治疗化疗后白细胞减少症的临床疗效。方法：将80例化疗后白细胞减少症患者随机分为3组。治疗组40例以中药脐疗治疗,其中6例为数次皮下注射重组人体粒细胞集落刺激因子白细胞难恢复者;对照1组20例口服地榆升白片,利血生,鲨肝醇,维生素B4;对照2组20例口服药物同时皮下注射重组人体粒细胞集落刺激因子;治疗10 d后检测外周血象。结果：治疗组与对照1组有效率比较,差异有极显著性意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组与对照2组比较,差异无显著性意义（P〉0.05）。结论：中药脐疗治疗化疗致白细胞减少症有显著疗效,疗效可靠并优于口服药,具有较好的可重复性,依从性。并且对重组人体粒细胞集落刺激因子治疗无效者仍有较好疗效。

Clinical Research on Chemotherapy-Induced Leukopenia Treated by Navel Therapy with Chinese Medicine

Objective：To investigate the clinical efficacy of navel therapy with Chinese medicine for the treatment of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.Methods：80 patients with leukopenia after chemotherapy were randomly divided into three groups.The treatment group of 40 patients was treated with navel therapy with Chinese medicine,of which,6 cases were given subcutaneous recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factors for several times,so it was difficult to restore those white blood cells;20 patients in the control groupⅠwere given oral administration of Diyushengbai Tablet,Leucogen,shark liver alcohol and vitamin B4;20 patients in the control groupⅡwere given oral administration of drugs as well as subcutaneous injection of the recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factors at the same time;peripheral blood was detected after a treatment of 10 d.Results：After treatment,comparison of the effective rate between the treatment group and control group Ⅰshowed the difference was statistically significant（P〈0.01）,while comparison of the effective rate between the treatment group and control group Ⅱshowed the difference was not statistically significant（P〉0.05）.Conclusion：The navel therapy with Chinese medicine is significantly effective in the treatment of chemotherapy-induced leukopenia.The therapeutic effects are reliable and superior to oral medication with good repeatability and compliance.What’s more,it still has better therapeutic effects for those who have no response for recombinant human granulocyte colony-stimulating factors.
