中西医结合治疗变异型心绞痛临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗变异型心绞痛的疗效。方法：将80变异型心绞痛患者随机分成两组,对照组40例给以口服消心痛或静脉滴注硝酸酯类药物,酌情加用β-变体阻滞剂、钙拮抗剂;治疗组40例在常规治疗基础上加用5%葡萄糖100 mL加入黄芪注射液30 mL静脉滴注,观察两组住院患者的疗效。结果：治疗组有效率97.5%,对照组有效率67.5%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗变异型心绞痛,可明显提高疗效。

Clinical Observation on Variant Angina Treated with Integrative Chinese and Western Medicine

Objective：To explore the curative effects of integrative Chinese and western medicine in treating variant angina.Methods：80 patients with variant angina were randomly divided into two groups.The control group of 40 patients was given give oral administration of isosorbide dinitrate or intravenous injection of nitrates with an appropriate addition of β-variant blockers and calcium antagonists;the treatment group of 40 patients was additionally given 100 mL of 5% glucose and 30 mL huangqi injection for intravenous injection based on the conventional treatment.The curative effects of hospitalized patients in two groups were observed.Results：The curative rate was 97.5%,while the curative rate of the control group was 67.5%.Comparison between the two groups showed that there was a significant difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The integrative Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the curative effects of variant angina.
