血府逐瘀汤治疗顽固性失眠临床观察

目的：观察血府逐瘀汤治疗顽固性失眠的临床疗效。方法：70例符合纳入标准的顽固性失眠患者,按随机数字表法随机分为2组。对照组30例,采用舒乐安定,2 mg,每晚睡前30 min口服1次;治疗组采用血府逐瘀汤加减,1剂/d,水煎2次,混合取汁400 mL,分早晚2次,温服。2组均10 d为1疗程,治疗2疗程,停药10 d后统计疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为92.50%,对照组有效率为73.33%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P=0.029）,治疗组明显优于对照组。治疗中未发现血府逐瘀汤有明显不良反应,无药物依赖性,依从性好。结论：血府逐瘀汤治疗顽固性失眠有较好的临床疗效,且不良反应小,依从性好。

Clinical Observation on Xuefu Zhuyu Decoction in Treating Intractable Insomnia

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of xuefu zhuyu Decoction in treating intractable insomnia.Methods：70 patients with intractable insomnia who met the inclusion criteria were randomly divided into two groups by using the method of random number table.30 patients in the control group were given estazolam,2 mg,which should be orally taken 30 min before going to bed every night.The treatment group was given xuefu zhuyu Decoction with 1 dose per day.It was decocted for 2 times and the mixed juice of 400 mL was obtained and orally administered with warm water in the morning and evening.2 groups regarded 10 d for a course of treatment and treated for 2 courses.Statistical effects were analyzed after withdrawing for 10 d.Results：The effective rate of the treatment group was 92.50% and the rate of the control group was 73.33%.Comparison of the effective rate of the two groups showed the difference was statistically significant（P=0.029）.The treatment group was significantly better than that of the control group.No significant side effects and drug dependence were found in xuefu zhuyu Decoction and the compliance was good.Conclusion：Xuefu zhuyu decoction has better clinical efficacy in treating intractable insomnia with good compliance and less toxicity and side effects.
