中医辨证论治过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床研究

目的：探讨中医辨证治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎临床疗效。方法：将66例过敏性紫癜性肾炎患者随机分为对照组、治疗组。对照组33例,采用一般常规治疗的基础上加用雷公藤多苷片治疗,治疗组在对照组治疗的基础上,分别治以疏风散邪,活血止血;清热解毒,凉血化瘀;益气健脾,益气养阴,活血化瘀。疗程6月。观察两组治疗前后尿红细胞数、24 h尿蛋白定量、血白蛋白、血肌酐等指标的变化情况。结果：有效率治疗组90.9%,对照组69.7%,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗过敏性紫癜性肾炎疗效显著。

Clinical Research of Chinese Emmdicine Diagnosis and Treatment Allergic Purpura Nephritis

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of Chinese medicine diagnosis and treatment allergic purpura nephritis.Methods：66 patients with allergic purpura nephritis were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.In the control group,the general 33 cases on the basis of conventional treatment combined with tripterygium glucosides piece of treatment,the treatment group on the basis of the control treatment,the rules were as follows：breeze spread to invigorate the evil,circulate blood and stop bleeding;clearing heatand remove toxions,cool blood to remove toxions;yiqi and tonifying yin,cool blood to remove stasis;activating blood circulation and eliminating stasis.Course was six months.Watch curative effect of two groups before and after treatment,the number of the 24 h urine red blood cells,blood protein urine albumin,quantitative indexes,such as changes in serum creatinine.Results：The efficient rate of treatment group and control group 90.9% and 69.7%,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）.Conclusion：Combine traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment of allergic purpura nephritis curative effect is distinct.
