| 摘 要： | 目的：建立反相高效液相色谱法（RP-HPLC）测定小儿肺炎散中盐酸小檗碱的含量。方法：采用RP-HPLC法进行测定,以Angilent C18,5μm,4.6μm×250.0 mm为色谱柱,以乙腈：水（11）（每1 000 mL中加磷酸二氢钾3.4 g和十二烷基硫酸钠1.6 g）为流动相,流速为1 mL/min,检测波长为265 nm。结果：盐酸小檗碱在0.334 8-0.781 2μg范围内线性良好,分离度大于1.5。结论：本方法可有效地控制小儿肺炎散中盐酸小檗碱的含量。

| Abstract: | Objective：To establish the assay method for the content of berberine hydrochloride in children pneumonia powder by RP-HPLC.Methods：The chromatographic column was Angilent C18,5 μm,4.6 μm×250 mm;the mobile phase consisted of acetonitrile-water（11）（3.4 g potassium dihydrogen phosphate and 1.6 g sodium dodecyl sulfate per 1 000 mL）;the flow rate was 1mL/min;the detection wavelength was 265 nm.Results：The calibration curves were linear in the ranges of 0.334 8-0.781 2 μg for berberine hydrochloride and separation rate was greater than 1.5.Conclusion：This method can effectively control the content of berberine hydrochloride in Children Pneumonia Powder. |
