杨传华教授治疗高血压病的经验

目的：探讨杨传华教授治疗高血压的临床经验。方法：高血压前期以调肝降压为主,治以清肝泻火,佐以疏肝凉肝,以调肝降压汤加减;中后期注重络病学说,辨证治疗当以疏通络脉、透达络邪为总治则,临床选药可分为祛邪通络和扶正通络两大类。结果：杨老师传承周次清教授＂补肾防治老年高血压病＂学术思想,从血脉病证与高血压血管病变的相关性入手,总结老年高血压患者＂肾虚为本、络脉自病＂的新病机观,和治疗方法。结论：杨传华教授辨析高血压,通过调肝、通络、补肾、活血脉,收到良好临床疗效。

The Experiences of Yang Chuan-hua on Treating Essential Hypertension Based on Syndrome Differentiation

Objective：To discuss the experiences of Yang Chuan-hua on treating Essential Hypertension.Methods：To guide clinical medication by means of analysis on the pathogenesis and micromechanism of different stages of Hypertension.Results：Regulating the liver,activating the channel,tonifying the kidney and harmonizing blood vessel are all effective methods in treatment of disease.Conclusion：According to pathogenesis of hypertension,Pr.Yang pointed out that hypertension should be treated by looking into both its root cause and symptoms with combination of disease and syndrome.It was a effective guidance of the clinical practice.
