| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨肾俞穴在临床应用中的疗效。方法：整理和分析腰椎间盘突出症、便秘、下肢足底凉等运用肾俞穴治疗的病案。结果：肾俞穴是肾气在腰背输注的部位,可治疗与肾相关的病证,针刺肾俞穴能改善肾功能。结论：肾俞穴对腰椎间盘突出、便秘、下肢足底凉等病的治疗疗效显著。

| Abstract: | Objective：To discuss the therapeutic effect of Shenshu（BL23） in clinical practice.Methods：To Analyze cases on protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,constipation and cold sole of the lower limbs.Results：Shenshu（BL23） is the location where kidney qi infuses into the lumbar and back regions which can be used to treat disorders related with kidney.The renal function can be improved by puncturing Shenshu（BL23）.Conclusion：Shenshu（BL23） has significant therapeutic effect in treating diseases such as protrusion of lumbar intervertebral disc,constipation and cold sole of the lower limbs. |
