中西医结合治疗脑梗塞临床研究

目的：观察中西医结合治疗脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者分为治疗组与对照组,两组均采用相同西药（主要为钙离子拮抗剂、阿司匹林、甘露醇、扩容药、神经细胞活化剂等）治疗。治疗组加用补阳还五汤加味治疗,两组均28 d为1疗程,1疗程后评价疗效。观察两组近期疗效,治疗前后神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力评分和不良反应等变化。结果：治疗组与对照组有效率分别为80.0%、60.0%（P〈0.05）;两组治疗后神经功能缺损评分及日常生活功能评分均较治疗前明显改善（P〈0.05或P〈0.01）,而且治疗组改善较对照组更明显（P〈0.05）;两组均未见明显不良反应。结论：中西医结合治疗脑梗塞能改善微循环,纠正脑细胞代谢紊乱,降低了致残程度,促进受损脑细胞恢复,改善患者的神经功能缺损评分及日常生活能力。

Clinical Study of Integrated Traditional Chinese and Western Medicine Treat on Cerebral Infarction

Objective： To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine treat on cerebral infarction.Methods： 60 patients were randomed divided into the treatment group and control group,30 cases each group,all received the same western（mainly for calcium antagonists,aspirin,mannitol,dilatancy medicine,neural cell activator,etc） treatment.The treatment group were filled with buyanghuanwu tonga,28 days for 1 treatment,efficacy was evaluated after 1 treatment.Observing short-term curative effect oftwo groups.neural function defect scale and daily life ability score and change such as adverse reactions Before and after the treatment.Results： The total effective rate in treatment group and control group was 80.0%,and 60.0% when,respectively（P0.05）;The two groups after treating neurological defect scale and daily life function scores were improved obviously after treatment（P0.05 or P0.01）,and the treatment group were better than the control group obviously（P0.05）.Both groups saw no obvious adverse reactions.Conclusion： Cerebral infarction combining traditional Chinese and western medicine treatment can improve microcirculation,correct brain cells metabolism disorders,reduce the level of disability,promote recovery of damaged brain cells,improve the neural function defect score and the daily living skills.
