| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨参苓白术汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征临床疗效。方法：136例患者随机分为两组,中药组给予口服参苓白术汤治疗,对照组采用匹维溴胺片治疗。2组均以4周为1疗程,1疗程结束后观察疗效。结果：中药组有效率87.1%,对照组85.0%。结论：参苓白术汤治疗腹泻型肠易激综合征疗效满意
