针药联用治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病临床研究

目的：观察针药联用治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病的临床疗效。方法：80例符合纳入标准的肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病患者,按就诊先后,随机数字表法随机分为2组。对照组35例,采苯磺酸氨氯地平片,每日晨起2.5 mg,1次口服/次,14 d降压效果未达理想时,改为5 mg/次,每日晨起口服;治疗组45例,在对照组的基础上加用针灸治疗,1次/d。2组均4周为1个疗程,疗程结束后统计疗效。结果：2组治疗后血压均显著降低,治疗组降血压程度优于对照组,P〈0.05;2组总有效率比较,治疗组优于对照组,P〈0.05;未发现治疗药物有明显毒副作用,患者依从性好。结论：针药联用治疗肝阳上亢型原发性高血压病有满意的临床效果。

Clinical Research of Acupuncture and medicine in the Treatment of Liver Yang Hyperactivity Type Hypertension

Objective：To observe the the clinical effect of needle and medicine in the treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type on primary hypertension.Methods：80 patients met the inclusion criteria of liver yang hyperactivity type hypertension patients,according to clinic visits successively and random number table were randomly divided into 2 groups.The control group of 35 cases,recovery of amlodipine besylate tablets,daily morning 2.5 mg,1 oral/time,14d antihypertensive effect not ideal,changes the 5 mg/time,daily morning oral;45 cases in the treatment group,the control group based on the use of acupuncture treatment,1 times/d.4 weeks for 1 courses of treatment,after treatment,doing statistical analysis.Results：Two groups were significantly lowered blood pressure after treatment,lowering blood pressure levels in treatment group was superior to the control group,P0.05;2 groups of the total efficiency of comparison,treatment group than control group,P0.05;therapeutic drugs have not significant side effects,patient compliance is good.Conclusion：Acupuncture in the treatment of liver yang hyperactivity type of primary hypertension has satisfactory clinical effect.
