参苓白术散治疗晚期大肠癌腹泻临床研究

目的：观察参苓白术散治疗晚期大肠癌腹泻的临床疗效。方法：将60例患者随机分成治疗组与对照组各30例,治疗组30例采用参苓白术散治疗。对照组30例采用西药治疗。观察2组患者临床疗效、证候变化及止泻起效时间。结果：两组临床疗效比较,治疗组与对照组有效率分别为80.0%、60.0%。临床证候变化比较,治疗组与对照组改善率分别为86.7%、60.0%。止泻起效时间,治疗组3-8（5.1±2.6）d;对照组9-18（11.0±5.6）d。两组临床疗效、证候变化及止泻起效时间比较,差异均有统计学意义（P〈0.05）。结论：参苓白术散其治疗机制主要通过增强机体的免疫防御机能和调节胃肠道功能的紊乱,该方法对临床应用提供了更完善的理论依据。

Clinical Observation on Shenling Baizhu Decoction for Treating Advanced Colorectal Cancer Complicated with Diarrhea

Objective：To observe the clinical therapeutic effect of shenling baizhu decoction for treating advanced colorectal cancer complicated with diarrhea.Methods：60 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group.30 patients in the treatment group were given shenling baizhu Decoction for treatment,while 30 patients in the control group were given western medicine.Changes in clinical syndromes and symptoms as well as the effective time of stopping diarrhea in both groups were observed.Results：Comparison of clinical therapeutic effect showed that the total effective rates of the treatment group and control group were 80.0% and 60.0% respectively（P0.05）;changes in the clinical syndrome and symptoms showed the improvement rates in the treatment group and control group were 86.7%,60.0% respectively（P0.05）;Concerning the effective time for stopping diarrhea,the duration of the treatment group was 3-8 d with an average duration of（5.1±2.6） d;the duration of the control group was 9-18 d with an average duration of（11.0±5.6） d,（P0.05）.Conclusion：The mechanism of shenling baizhu decoction mainly lie in its enhancement of the body＇s immunity defense function and regulation of gastrointestinal dysfunction,which provides a more complete theory for the clinical application.
