抑胰汤治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎临床研究

目的：探讨中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎的临床疗效。方法：将41例急性水肿型胰腺炎患者随机分为治疗组与对照组,对照组20例予西医常规治疗,治疗组21例在西医常规治疗基础上加服中药汤剂。结果：治疗组有效率95.21%,对照组有效率75%,两组疗效有显著性差异（P〈0.05）。结论：采用中西医结合治疗急性水肿型胰腺炎疗效明显

Clinical Research of Pancreatic Soup Treatment of Acute Edema Sex Pancreatitis

Objective：To observe the effect of integrated traditional Chinese and western medicine in the treatment of acute edema of pancreatitis.Methods：41 cases of acute edema of pancreatitis patients were randomly divided into the treatment group and control group,and the control group to western medicine routine therapy,the treatment group 21 cases in western medicine based on conventional treatment and take Chinese traditional medicine,use effect evaluation standard treatmentresult evaluation results.Results：Treatment group total effectiveness 95.21%,control group total effectiveness 75%,two groups of efficacy have significant difference（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The combination of Chinese and western medicine treatment of acute edema of pancreatitis curative effect is better than pure western medicine treatment
