唐宋教授辨证分型论治胃痛经验

目的：探讨唐宋教授治疗胃痛的临床经验。方法：分析唐宋教授临床对胃痛的辨证分型和治疗方法。结果：唐宋教授将胃痛辨证分为脾胃气虚、中焦气滞、中气下陷、瘀阻胃络、湿热中阻、气阴两虚、脾胃虚寒,常用香砂六君子汤、金铃子散、七味香苏饮、补中益气汤、升陷汤、丹参饮、失笑散、芩连温胆汤、四君子汤、沙参麦门冬汤及经方。结论：唐宋教授将胃痛辨证准确,用药精当,疗效佳。

Experience of Professor Tang Song in the Differentiation and Treatment of Stomach Pain

Objective： To investigate the clinical experience of Professor Tang Song in the treatment of stomach pain.Methods： Syndrome types and treatment methods of stomach pain adopted by Professor Tang Song in clinic were analyzed.Results： Professor Tang Song regarded that stomach pain syndromes could be divided into qi deficiency of the spleen and stomach,qi stagnation in middle energizer,the spleen-qi collapse,stasis obstructing the stomach meridian,damp-heat stagnating the middle energizer,qi ad yin Deficiency and spleen and stomach Deficiency.The commonly used formulae were Xiangsha Liujunzi Decoction,Jin Ling Zi Decoction,Qiwei Xiangsu Decoction,Bu Zhong Yi Qi Decoction,Shengxian Decoction,Danshen Decoction,Shixiaosan,Qin Lian Wen Dan Decoction,Sijunzi Decoction,Shashen Maidong Decoction and other classic formulae.Conclusion： Syndromes for stomach pain are accurately differentiated by Professor Tang Song with precise and appropriate medication and excellent clinical therapeutic effects.
