补肾填精生髓汤治疗原发性骨质疏松症临床研究

目的：观察中药补肾填精生髓汤治疗原发性骨质疏松的临床疗效。方法：将原发性骨质疏松症的100例患者按随机数字表法分为两组,治疗组为48例,采用口服骨化三醇胶丸,维D钙咀嚼片及骨肽粉针治疗;对照组52例,在对照组的基础上加服中药补肾填精生髓汤治疗。结果：两组治疗后的骨密度（BMD）测量均高于治疗前,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,有效率治疗组为94.23%,对照组为64.58%,差异有显著性（P〈0.05）。结论：中西医结合治疗原发性骨质疏松症疗效显著。

Clinical Research on Bushen Tianjing Shengsui Decoction in Treating Primary Osteoporosis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Bushen Tianjing shengsui decoction in treating primary osteoporosis.Methods：100 cases primary osteoporosis patients were randomly divided into two groups.48 cases in the control group were treated with oral administration of calcitriol soft gelatin capsules,Vitamin D Calcium Chewable Tablets and bone peptide powder for injection;52 cases in the treatment group were given additional Bushen Tianjing shengsui decoction based on the medication given to the control group.Results：After treatment,bone mineral density（BMD） measurements were higher than those before treatment and the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.The efficiency rate of the treatment group was 94.23% while the control group was 64.58%,so the difference was significant（P〈0.05）.Conclusion：The integrative Chinese and western medicine can achieve significant effect in treating primary osteoporosis.
