推拿结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病及对血浆内皮素的影响

目的：观察推拿结合针刺治疗椎动脉型颈椎病临床疗效及血浆内皮素（ET）影响,探讨椎动脉型颈椎病的发病及治疗机制。方法：纳入符合标准的椎动脉型颈椎病患者共计24例,予推拿结合针刺治疗,观察治疗前后症状功能总评分、眩晕症状评分、日常生活和心理影响评分及血浆内皮素水平的变化。结果：24例椎动脉型颈椎病患者治疗后症状功能评分、眩晕症状评分、日常生活和心理影响评分较治疗前明显增高,血浆内皮素水平较治疗前明显降低,差异均有统计学意义。结论：推拿结合针刺可有效治疗椎动脉型颈椎病患者的主要临床症状,提高患者的生活质量,其治疗机制可能与推拿结合针刺改善颈部血液循环,降低血浆内皮素等缩血管物质有关。

Effects of Acupuncture and Massage Manipulations on Plasma Endothelin of Cervical Spondylopathy of Vertebral Artery Type

Objective：To observe the effects of acupuncture and massage manipulations on the plasma endothelin（ET） of cervical spondylopathy（CSA） of vertebral artery type and explore the incidence and treatment mechanisms of cervical vertebral artery disease.Methods：24 patients of cervical spondylopathy（CSA） of vertebral artery type who met with the criterion were given the treatment of acupuncture combined with massage manipulations.The total scores of symptoms and signs,dizziness scores,psychological influence and daily life scores and the changes of levels of plasma endothelin（ET） were observed before and after treatment.Results：For 24 patients of cervical spondylopathy（CSA） of vertebral artery type,there was a significant increase in terms of the total scores of symptoms and signs,dizziness scores,psychological influence and daily life scores after treatment through combining acupuncture and massage manipulation.And the plasma endothelin levels in patients significantly decreased after treatment.The differences all had statistical significance.Conclusion：Acupuncture combined with massage manipulation is an effective treatment for the major clinical symptoms of cervical spondylopathy（CSA） of vertebral artery type,which can improve the quality of life.Its therapeutic mechanism is probably related to role of the treatment in improving blood circulation of the neck and decreasing the vasoconstrictor substances such as plasma endothelin etc.
