止嗽散加味治疗感染后咳嗽临床研究

目的：观察止嗽散加味治疗感染后咳嗽的临床疗效。方法：将60例符合诊断标准的患者随机分为治疗组和对照组各30例。对照组予氨溴索化痰对症治疗,治疗组在对照组的基础上加服止嗽散加味,1剂/d,2次/d,早晚口服,两组均7 d为1疗程,共治疗2疗程,观察并记录治疗前后临床症状的改善情况。结果：治愈率和有效率治疗组明显高于对照组,差异有显著性差异（P〈0.01）。结论：止嗽散加味治疗感染后咳嗽对治愈和改善患者临床症状疗效肯定。

Clinical Research on Modified Zhisousan in the Treatment of Postinfectious Cough

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Modified Zhisousan in the treatment of postinfectious cough.Methods：60 cases who met the diagnosis were randomly divided into treatment group and control group with 30 cases in each group.The Control group was given symptomatic treatment of ambroxol to dissolve phlegm,while the treatment group received additional Modified Zhisousan on the basis of the medication given to the control group,1 formula/d,2 times/d,oral administration in the morning and evening,7 d as a course of treatment in both groups,which were treated for 2 courses to observe and record the improvement of clinical symptoms before and after treatment.Results：The curative rate and effective rate of the treatment group was significantly higher than the control group,and the difference was significant（P〈0.01）.Conclusion：Modified Zhisousan for the treatment of postinfectious cough shows definite effectiveness in curing and improving the clinical symptoms of patients.
