顺铂联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液临床研究

目的：观察顺铂联合复方苦参注射液胸腔灌注与单用顺铂治疗恶性胸腔积液的有效性和安全性。方法：恶性胸腔积液患者60例,采用随机分组对照法,分为治疗组与对照组各30例;对照组以顺铂40 mg,复方苦参注射液20 mL联合注入胸腔;对照组用顺铂60 mg注入胸腔。结果：对照组患者有效率和生活质量改善率均优于对照组（P〈0.05）,两组不良反应相近（P〉0.05）。结论：顺铂联合复方苦参注射液治疗恶性胸腔积液较之单用顺铂法更为有效、安全,且不良反应小。

Clinical Study of Cisplatin Compound Bitter Injection in Treating Malignant Pleural Effusion

Objective：To observe the efficacy and safety of cisplatin compound bitter infusion injection with malignant pleural effusion cisplatin.Methods：Patients with malignant pleural effusion 60 cases divided into the treatment group and control group each（30 cases）,using random group contrast method.Treatment group were treated by 40 mg cisplatin,compound bitter injection 20 ml into joint chest;Control group use cisplatin 60 mg into the chest.Results：The patients efficient rate and quality of life are better than control group（P0.05）,two groups have similar adverse reactions（P0.05）.Conclusion：Cisplatin compound bitter and injection malignant pleural effusion treatment cisplatin method is more effective,safe,and less side effects.
