| 摘 要： | 目的：观察化瘀通络方治疗瘀血阻络型急性脑梗塞的临床疗效。方法：120例瘀血阻络型急性脑梗塞患者随机分为2组。对照组40例采用西药常规治疗;治疗组80例在对照组的基础上加用化瘀通络方,1剂/d,水煎服。2组均14天为1个疗程,2个疗程后统计疗效。结果：治疗组有效率为90.00%,对照组为72.50%,两组有效率比较,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.05）,治疗组优于对照组。结论：化瘀通络方治疗瘀血阻络型急性脑梗塞有满意的临床疗效。

| Abstract: | Objective： To observe the effect of Huayu Tongluo Decoction in treating blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction.Methods： 120 patients with blood stasis type of patients with acute cerebral infarction were randomly divided into 2 groups.40 cases of control group were given conventional treatment of Western medicine;treatment group 80 cases in the control group based on the use of Huayu Tongluo Fang,1 / D,water for oral administration.14 days for a course,after 2 courses doing statistical treatment.Results： the effective rate of treatment and control group was 90%,72.50%,two groups have efficiency comparison,the difference was statistically significant（P0.05）,the treatment group was superior to control group.Conclusion： Huayu Tongluo Decoction in treating blood stasis type of acute cerebral infarction has satisfactory clinical effect. |
