秦月好治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的经验总结

目的：总结秦月好主任医师中医药综合疗法治疗输卵管阻塞性不孕症的临床经验。方法：对输卵管阻塞性不孕症采用辨证分型为主治疗,分为湿热瘀阻型、寒湿阻滞型、气滞血瘀型、痰浊瘀阻型加外用灌肠法。结果：选用活血化瘀、祛痰利湿、软坚散结、逐瘀荡胞、理气通络等方剂,标本兼用,与抗生素相比有一定的优势。结论：中医药的综合治疗,多途径给药,内外并治,整体与局部相结合,辨证、辨病、辨时、辨体质用药,治疗输卵管梗阻,恢复输卵管生理功能,提高受孕能力是行之有效的治疗方法。

Experience Summarization of Professor Qin Yue-hao in the Treatment of Tubal Obstructive Infertility

Objective：To summarize the clinical experience of Qin Yue-hao,chief physician,for the treatment of tubal obstructive infertility by using the combined therapy of traditional Chinese and western medicine.Methods：Adopting the treatment method of syndrome differentiation for tubal obstructive infertility,including stasis of damp and heat type,blocking of cold and damp type,stagnation of qi and blood type and stagnation of phlegm and turbidity type,and all were treated with external enema.Results：Compared with the treatment of using antibiotics,using formulae with the function of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis,softening hardness and resolving lump,dispelling phlegm and damp,eliminating stagnation and cleansing the births,regulating qi and smoothing meridians had certain superiority,which could treat Biao（the first） and Ben（the second） simultaneously.Conclusion：The comprehensive treatment of traditional Chinese and western medicine is effective in treating tubal obstruction,recovering the physiological function of tubal and increasing the ability of fertilization through administration of drugs with various approaches,treatment of diseases both internally and externally,correlation of the entirety and part,and medication with differentiation of syndrome,diseases,time and constitution.
