胃炎片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎临床研究

目的：观察胃炎片治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的临床疗效。方法：将160例胆汁反流性胃炎的患者随机分为2组。治疗组80例,以胃炎片治疗;对照组80例,以多潘立酮、铝碳酸镁治疗,2组均30 d为1疗程。观察2组临床疗效、治疗前后症状积分改变情况血浆胃动素、CCK改变情况。结果：治疗组临床有效率（88.75%）明显优于对照组（66.25%）,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）;治疗组在改善胆汁反流性胃炎的临床症状上优于对照组;治疗组治疗后,血浆胃动素（MOT）水平较治疗前有非常显著提高（P〈0.01）;治疗组治疗后血浆MOT水平（410.81±61.48）ng/L高于对照组（376.38±58.59）ng/L,差异有统计学意义（P〈0.01）。结论：胃炎片是治疗胆汁反流性胃炎的有效药物,明显改善胆汁反流性胃炎患者的临床症状,提高临床疗效。

Clinical Research on Gastritis Tablet in Treating Bile Reflux Gastritis

Objective：To observe the clinical efficacy of Gastritis Tablet in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis.Methods：160 cases of bile reflux gastritis were randomly divided into 2 groups.80 cases in the treatment group were given Gastritis Tablet for treatment;80 cases in the control group were given domperidone and aluminum magnesium carbonate for treatment.Both groups took 30 d as a course of treatment.Clinical efficacies were observed in both groups,such as changes in symptom scores,plasma MOT and CCK changes before and after treatment.Results：The clinical effective rateof the treatment group（88.75%） was significantly better than that of the control group（66.25%）,（P0.01）;the treatment group was better than the control group in improving clinical symptoms of bile reflux gastritis;After treatment,there was a significant increase in plasma stomach motilin（MOT） levels compared with that before treatment（P0.01）;the level of plasma stomach motilin（MOT） in the treatment group（410.81±61.48）ng/L was higher than that of the control group（376.38 ± 58.59）ng/L（P0.01）.Conclusion：Gastritis Tablet is an effective drug in the treatment of bile reflux gastritis,which can improve the clinical symptoms of patients with bile reflux gastritis and enhance clinical efficacy.
