| 摘 要： | 目的：探讨中药贯众治疗血尿的临床疗效。方法：临证重用贯众配伍清热化湿、凉血解毒、利水消肿、滋补脾肾等药物治疗肾炎血尿。结果：重用清热解毒止血之贯众加减配伍治疗急慢性肾炎血尿收效颇佳。结论：热毒贯穿于血尿病程的始终,在治疗过程中应当重视清热解毒止血药物贯众的应用。

| Abstract: | Objective：To observe the effect of Cyrtomium Fortunei on treating Nephritis Hematuria.Methods：Use heavy dosage of Cyrtomium Fortunei together with other appropriate drugs to treat Nephritis Hematuria.Methods：Methods were as follows：Clearing heat dispelling dampness,cold blood and dispelling toxify,induces diuresis to eliminate edema,tonifying spleen and kidney.Results：Good result can be got when using heavy dosage of Cyrtomium Fortunei on both acute and chronic Nephritis Hematuria.Conclusion：Cyrtomium Fortunei should be used to treat Nephritis Hematuria because Pyretic toxicity attributes to the disease. |
