穴位针刺配合呼吸吐纳治疗失眠临床研究

目的：观察针刺腧穴、百会、魂门、阳陵泉配合呼吸吐纳治疗失眠的临床疗效。方法：将近5年来50例患者分成2组,治疗组32例,对照组18例;治疗组针刺百会、魂门,阳陵泉,嘱每夜2300-0100时不能入睡时,舌抵上颚,运呼吸吐纳之气,呼气时意想阳陵泉,吸气时意想魂门上至百会,如是反复,直至能睡着为止。对照组每晚21：00时口服地西泮5 mg。结果：对照组痊愈5例,有效10例,有效率为53.53%,治疗组痊愈27例,有效4例,有效率为96.66%。结论：针刺百会、魂门、阳陵泉穴位配合呼吸吐纳治疗失眠疗效好。

Clinical Research of Point Acupuncture Cooperate Breath Breathes for Insomnia

Objective：To observe the clinical curative effect of acupuncture,Baihui,Hunmen,YangLingQuan meridians cooperate breath in treating insomnia.Methods：Nearly five years outpatient service insomnia patients in the undergraduate course of treatment two methods into two groups,acupuncture treatment group,a total of 32 cases,control group stability for 18 cases;Acupuncture treatment group,Baihui the Hunmen,YangLingQuan,ask every night 2300-0100 couldn＇t sleep when,over the roof of the tongue,breathing deep breathing of the gas,as the YangLingQuan intent,breathe in intent on Hunmen to Baihui,so repeatedly,until can sleep so far.Every night when the control group at oral diazepam 5 mg.Results：The treatment group healed 27 patients healed effective 4 cases rate,96.66%;Control group healed 5 cases,effective 10 cases recovery rate was 53.53%.Conclusion：The acupuncture Baihui,Hunmen,Yanglingquan meridians,cooperate breath breathes for insomnia,has good curative effect.
