常用补肾助阳中药治疗更年期综合征的探讨

目的：探索常用补肾助阳中药对更年期综合征的作用及特点。方法：根据补肾及＂阴中求阳,阳中求阴＂理论,分析常用补肾助阳中药治疗更年期综合征的理论可行性;总结治疗更年期综合征的临床应用及实验研究,归纳常用补肾助阳中药对更年期综合征的治疗特点。结果：淫羊藿、鹿茸、龟龄集治疗更年期综合征有较好疗效,但缺少单味中药或龟龄集治疗更年期综合征的药理及机制研究,也缺少单味中药应用治疗相应疾病中医药理论的较好支撑。结论：常用补肾助阳中药治疗更年期综合征有良效,其作用机制还需进一步研究

Study of Commonly Used Traditional Chinese Medicine Tonifying Kidney Yang in Treating Climacteric Syndrome

Objective：To explore the common kidney yang herbs on the function and characteristic of climacteric syndrome.Methods：According to the kidney and ＂ Yin,Yang and Yin＂ theory,analysis of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Tonifying Kidney Yang treating menopausal syndrome with the theoretical feasibility of treatment of menopausal syndrome;summary of experimental research and clinical application of commonly used traditional Chinese medicine Tonifying Kidney Yang,induction in the treatment of menopausal syndrome characteristics.Results：He,pilose antler,Guilingji treatment of climacteric syndrome with good effect,but the lack of single Chinese herb or Guilingji on climacteric syndrome pharmacology and mechanism research,lack of single Chinese herb treatment of relevant diseases in traditional Chinese medicine theory better support.Conclusion：Common kidney yang herbs in the treatment of climacteric syndrome with good effect,its mechanism still need further research
