中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病的临床研究

摘    要:目的:观察中西医结合治疗慢性阻塞性肺疾病(COPD)的临床疗效。方法:将56例住院COPD患者随机分为两组,对照组28例,采用西医常规治疗;治疗组28例,在西医治疗基础上联用中药。结果:治疗组有效率(89.3%)明显高于对照组(67.9%)(P〈0.05)。两组治疗后PaO2、PaCO2、Fib及肺功能较治疗前改善,且治疗组更优于对照组(P〈0.05)。治疗组的症状、体征总积分低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P〈0.05)。结论:中西医结合治疗COPD可显著提高疗效。

Abstract:Objective:To observe the therapeutic effects of traditional Chinese medicine combined with western medicine in treating chronic obstructive pulmonary disease(COPD).Methods:56 cases of COPD who were hospitalized were divided into two groups.28 cases in the control group were treated with conventional western medicine,and 28 cases in the treatment group were treated with traditional Chinese medicine in addition to western medicine.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group(89.3%)was obviously higher than that of the control group(67.9%,P〈0.05).Although the indexes of PaO2,PaCO2,Fib and pulmonary function of all patients were improved,the indexes of treatment group were better than those of the control group(P〈0.05).Total score of symptoms and signs in the treatment group was lower than the control group and the difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:Combination of Chinese and western medicine can significantly improve the therapeutic effects on COPD.
